Clifford and Peters Civil Partnership Ceremony

Having lived together for twenty six years, Clifford & Peter Squires were delighted when the Civil Partnership Act passed into law and soon started planning and preparing for the big day, 18th February 2006.

A lot of hard work went into planning the celebrations, not helped by the fact that so many companies had not yet adapted to Civil Partnerships and did not appreciate that the pink wedding industry could be worth as much as £600m per annum by 2010.

It therefore took a little more research than we would have liked to, to make our day special, but special it was.

So this site is not simply an album of photographs from the days events for guests to browse through and download, but also a big thank you to everybody who made it possible, all of the guests and all of the suppliers alike.

Not a single supplier we used let us down and most gave more than we could ever have hoped for.

Please enjoy the contents and if it tempts any other couples to make a big splash of their special day, we hope yours goes as well as ours did. If you decide to use the same suppliers as us, you will be virtually guaranteed it will.
